Project Text:
The Eshel Campus, located in the Caeserea Industrial Park, is designed as a unique business complex incorporating three independent buildings with a common green park area. The buildings, three stories high, are characterized by a distinct and clear language. Emphasis was given to maximum flexibility for future interior layout division, providing natural lighting and ventilation for all office areas and a clear, simple circulation scheme.
The facades are based on an original system combining pre-cast architectural concrete panels that serve as both finish & structure, with curtain walls and continuous wrap-around strip windows on the upper floors. A 150 sqm commercial area is located on the ground floor and opens up to the adjacent park for ideal use of the common exterior space.
The park surrounding the three structures offers an array of exterior gathering areas, and faces the main entrance of the industrial park. The park is a combination of lawns, various trees and vegetation, water features and pergolas. The on-site parking is accessible and is shaded by trees.
