The project includes about 50 apartments & is designed based on the guidelines of the national plan (Tama) 38 amendment 2, for reinforcement of buildings against earthquakes. The existing building is to be demolished and replaced by a new up-to-code building. Existing residents will receive larger apartments & balconies in the new building, in exchange for the building’s unrealized construction rights.
